ORDBILDARNA team members are all seasoned consultants with many years of international experience. We have worked in Afghanistan, Albania, Australia, Azerbaijan, Bosnia, Botswana, China, Egypt, Ethiopia, Georgia, Iraq, Jordan, Kenya, Kyrgyzstan, Lebanon, Moldova, Mongolia, the Netherlands, Namibia, Rwanda, Serbia, South Africa, Sri Lanka, Sweden, Tunisia, Turkey, Vietnam, Zambia, and Zimbabwe.

As colleagues, we work together in different constellations on long-term development programmes and projects, as well as on shorter assignments. We have complimentary competencies, but share common values and working principles.

Bengt Carlsson

BENGT is a highly respected consultant with long experience in designing, planning, managing, monitoring and evaluating development programmes and projects funded by national and provincial governments and international organisations. He also has long experience in staff development and training consultancy work in Swedish private companies, municipalities, government organisations and trade unions. Bengt’s main fields of experience are action learning programmes, publication development, management and leadership development, human resources development, and programme and project management.

Caroline Lofgren

CAROLINE is a graphic designer and illustrator educated and trained at the Monash University in Melbourne, Australia. She has worked on publications such as weekly magazines in Australia and Sweden and India. She also has experience in identity and logotype design for various businesses. Caroline has the ability to help a wide variety of clients to find their unique voice and to reflect this visually.

Gunnar Andersson

GUNNAR is a development consultant with long experience in international programmes and projects. His main areas of work are project & programme management, facilitating training, learning and development processes, and developing training materials and other publications. He has extensive experience in designing and managing comprehensive capacity development processes that strengthen governance in the public sector at central, regional and local level. He also has many years of experience in working with civil society and human rights organisations.

John Roux

JOHN is an experienced organisation development consultant, evaluator, writer and editor. He has worked for thirty years in the civil society sector, and on municipal development programmes. He has conducted 43 external evaluations of organisations, partnerships and programmes in all development sectors. John facilitates, trains and writes in the areas of organisation development, management and leadership development, results-based PMERL (planning, monitoring, evaluation reporting and learning), teambuilding, participatory evaluation and strategic planning, action learning, and performance management. John is based in Cape Town, South Africa.

Viera Larsson

VIERA is a graphic designer, illustrator and exhibition designer for most Ordbildarna handbooks, materials and publications. She also trains others in visual communication and developing training materials, publications, newsletters and brochures. She has extensive experience working with a wide variety of clients in Sweden and internationally. She works closely with writers, experts and end-users throughout the development process. Viera has unique skills in visualizing and communicating key messages via photographs, illustrations, diagrams and effective layouts. Viera has a professional background as an architect.

Zolzaya Lhagvsuren

ZOLZAYA has worked on governance and leadership development programmes and projects for over 20 years. She has extensive practical experience in facilitating adult learning, training of trainers, and training materials development. She has managed complex programmes and projects, and successfully led participants to achieve significant results. She has an academic background in linguistics and pedagogy, an MBA in Public Service from Birmingham University and a Master of Law Degree from the University of Ulaanbaatar. She is a highly respected consultant with a nation-wide network in Mongolia.
