2017, Vårt älskade bröd – för den goda smaken, hälsan och miljön

Our Beloved Bread, is a public book based on knowledge and experiences gained during the project with the same title organized between 2014—2017. (See under projects). The book contains chapters on soil for life, cereals and people have co-developed, heritage grains for diversity, food security and health, from field to flour, defining real bread. The book has also a large number of interviews and portraits of plant breeders, farmers/growers, millers, bakers and other food artisans. The Training of Trainers for the Kenyan Government M&E Directorate included compiling a training manual containing the main contents of the workshop, including guidelines for training of trainers. This will be used by the M&E trainers as a basis and guide for their training of M&E Officials at County level, and to replicate the Training of Trainers Workshop in future.
